Executive Chef William “Willy” Hernandez Brings World Fusion Cuisine to Gainesville with the Opening of Sabore Restaurant Located in Tioga Town Center
(Gainesville, FL – August 2010) Sabore Restaurant will open its doors on Monday, August 12th in Tioga Town Center. Executive Chef and Co-Owner William “Willy” HernandezĂ˘â‚¬â„˘s menu features plates that take patrons on a tour around the world. The bold and exotic flavors and ingredients from countries such as Peru, Japan and Italy inspire Sabore Restaurant’s world fusion menu. “Food is meant to be fresh, flavorful, artistically presented and enjoyed with good company,” said Hernandez. “The diverse plates, fun atmosphere and attentive service at Sabore will allow our patrons to take pleasure in a variety of creative dishes.” Sabore also offers a modest selection of international wines and beers, contemporary cocktails including several signature cocktails. Hernandez joins his Gainesville based partners from famed Caramelo Restaurant in Miami. Hernandez was heralded for his innovative culinary skills at other famed Miami establishments such as Giacosa, Casa Rolandi and Cafe Vialetto. The 110 seat new Gainesville restaurant features a fun, contemporary decor splashed in rich mango and fuchsia colors. A casual dining space is positioned adjacent to a liquid floor and modern lounge and bar area with a variety of seating options. All of the distinctive design characteristics chosen by interior designer, Marlene Bailey Gregg Design L.L.C. based in Orlando appeal to all of the senses. “My designs extend beyond developing an eye-pleasing environment.
