Jazz Under The Stars

Grab your Valentine, bring your lawn chairs and blankets, and come enjoy the sounds of the Ed Roth Trio on Friday, February 12th from 7-10 p.m. This is a free outdoor concert, open to the public! Relax and enjoy music under the stars on the Tioga Town Center amphitheater at The Square!

You may not be familiar with Ed Roth’s name, but you’ve probably heard his soulful sounds, showcasing his signature, melodic style. A keyboardist, arranger, producer, and musical director, Ed Roth has recorded and/or performed with 11 Grammy winners. Some of whom include Robby Krieger and John Densmore (of the Doors), Joe Walsh, Ringo Starr, Annie Lennox, Shelby Lynne, Sophie B. Hawkins, The Avett Brothers, Tom Morello, the Brothers Johnson, Taylor Dayne, Jimmy Barnes, Ronnie Montrose, Coolio, Glenn Hughes (of Deep Purple), and Rob Halford (of Judas Priests) to name a few. Roth’s concerts are a musical wild ride across decades and genres. Known for his passionate and moving improvisations, his sets include flipped classics from all over the musical map; R+B, old school swing, rock, some funky contemporary jazz originals, and even some iconic soundtrack themes.

Don’t forget to visit the Town Center restaurants for dinner before the show, or to grab take-out to enjoy during the concert!
