Winter Fine Art Fair

The 2014 TIOGA Winter Art Fair in Gainesville continues the tradition of being the only night time art fair in a place that provides a Pedestrian-friendly street scape, with ample parking and convenient access. Over 100 artists will gather, along with continuous entertainment centrally located at The Square.
Friday, March 7th, 2014 ~ 5 – 9 pm
Saturday, March 8th ~ 10 AM – 5 PM

About the Fair
In 2007, Helen Rucarean offered to put on an Art Fair at the newly developed Tioga Town Center. A mixed-use development, Tioga Town Center takes pride in combining the best of a big city with the charm of a small community with an invigorating mix of Urban Living, shopping, working and dining to bring the residents and guests of Gainesville and surrounding areas the ultimate in community and convenience.
Now, 7 years later, Helen Rucarean has stepped down, but will still work with the new Director, Karen Koegel. The 2014 GFAA TIOGA Winter Art Fair in Gainesville continues the tradition of being the only night time art fair in a place that provides a Pedestrian-friendly streetscape, with ample parking and convenient access.
Over 100 artists gather providing exciting work while continuous entertainment is provided from The Square. Local, regional and national artists and fine craftsmen will display their finest work in many media including: Paintings, Photography, Mixed Media, Sculpture, Fiber Arts – quilts, weaving, baskets and clothing, Clay/Ceramics, Jewelry, Glass, Wood turned vessels and furniture and Graphics/Drawing.
Karen has brought her enthusiasm and new ideas to this years Fair by adding a Student Artist Section, an Art Association Section and more surprises.
